the local Y is having a member appreciation week this week. Every time you swipe your card in you get registered to win prizes. Trying to use that as an added incentive to work out. The grand prize is a wii fit system...would love to give it to my nephew for his birthday next month. He is going to be 14 and already battling the same wt issues as me. I was going to go a couple of times a day and fit in smaller work outs but can only go once on the days my BF works. Y will only watch my son for 1hr.
