This weekend was great. I played videogames and cuddled my cat on saturday, and on Sunday, my boyfriend and I took a trip to independence rock. It is a very neat historical site. There were name carvings in the rock dating as far back as 1850 (at least from what I saw). The only thing was that I had to climb this big rock to see the carvings, so it was a nice reward! It was also nice to see the view from the top of the rock. Wyoming is so vast, the fields can go on for miles...
I didn't eat as strictly this weekend. I've decided I'll take things as they come, and I really need to think about the food I'm eating before it touches my tongue. So, I'm onto another week of taming my inner fat-girl and letting that healthy glow shine through. <3

Eat stricter or lower calories at home, then when you go out you can have a little extra calories to have something you enjoy. Good exercise climbing that huge Independence Rock!

That's where I was headed when I stopped at Independence Rock! I absolutely love Casper. Unfortunately I live in Rawlins. It's kind of terrible, haha.

LOL! I've lived all over, but Wyoming is my home. I spent most of my late childhood on South Pass. But Casper is nice because you have all the conveniences of a city, and a five-fifteen minute drive can put you on location for just about any outdoor activity you like to do. Kefeh, if you have a mind to get together while your up this way, we can go hike up around the falls if you want. It's pretty up there, and out by Alcova, theres a Dinosaur trail where you get quite a bit of exercise and get to see lots of neat fossils at the same time.
