Hmm, how is the workout performed?

The top set is 12 x 2 @ 60% of 1RM. Those doubles are to be as fast as possible for all 12 sets with 30-60sec rest in between sets. I noticed they slowed slightly by the last two sets. The OHP is 4x8 as heavy as possible. The chins are 50 reps total. I broke it up into what I thought would be 10 sets of 5 reps with about 60sec rest in between each of those sets. The weight you see is roughly my bodyweight since the app I use won't let me type 'bodyweight'. I could do '0 lbs', but I always get questions about how I do 0 lbs for reps LOL. The dips are to be performed at 3 sets x failure. And the Hammer curls are 3 x 10. My arms were smoked after the chins. I used as little rest as possible on the last two exercises. I was able to do the entire workout in about an hour.

It was fun! I haven't felt like that in a while. I've been trying different programs for the last year or so to get that feeling again. I ran 5/3/1 for about 3 years straight. I needed to progress for my powerlifting comps. The last program I did for powerlifting wasn't bad, but it had way too many exercises to get done in an hour. Then I tried a powerbuilding program for 12 weeks. It was good but got boring.

Superman6283 🤣🤣 NO! I explained it to Diablo, the app I use to record my workouts won't let me write in bodyweight. I could use '0lbs' but then I get asked how you do chin-ups with '0lbs'.

Ahhh ok. I thought it might be bodyweight but then I saw your dips as 10lbs so I thought damn this guy is a freak! 😂

Superman6283 - 😂 I did the dips with a 10lb plate on my lap. I have to do them like a bench dip. I have a back extension piece of equipment that has dip handles on it.
Morganstuart - I bet you could do them. Even if assisted, you could do some. Never say 'couldn't'! 😊

Ok so probably not enough height to use a pull-up belt? Weighted dips is one of my all time favorite exercises. So much pump from it
