I've been doing really good. Eating lots of veggies and fruits, eating when I'm hungry and stopping before I am full(satisfied). I stopped weighing myself 6 days ago, I had someone hide my scale. I am starting to feel scale withdrawal. I just want to know if it's gone down so bad! I am going to go as long as I can without weighing though. Weighing doesn't help. I wanted to record my food just for today, out of curiosity more than anything. Just wondering what my average is as far as energy consumed(yes I am avoiding the C word). I am not going to get all obsessed, I just wonder, when I follow my hunger, what difference it makes from when I wasn't. I was eating a LOT of junk and candy between meals before. I know I'm doing much better on my eating, I feel good, never deprived, because I eat like a normal person, and i have been working out every day.
