Day 10 of my weight loss challenge at my gym and I have dropped 5 pounds and according to the gym Smart scale, it was all pure body fat. I lost no lean muscle, no skeletal muscle. So I'm really, really happy. It's been really, really difficult to not eat all of the things that I want to eat. It is getting easier. Small changes add up to big progress!
