I feel like I am finally ready to get back on track. I joined Weight Watchers again today and am looking forward to seeing some positive changes in my health. The last year has been very hard. I am now starting over. I am healing from surgery, quit my job - semi retired. Yay! It was sooo stressful that I grew to hate it. Worked there 21 years. Now I am starting a new job that seems to be a better fit. Monday thru Thursday 9:00-4:00. Will have Fridays off. Looking forward to it. So for tonight, I can go to bed know I have made progress and am ready to get going again.
