Thanks guys i love sharing with all of you❤and for the person who asked what i did, i want to point out that my weight loss was gradual And. Only recently have i have really started taking it seriously.and since the beginning of August i lost almost 20 pounds. But what i did was. Visit my doctor and made a weight loss plan to make sure i was in a calorie deficit. I found wholesome food i really loved. And made sure to save some calories for daily treats So i never felt restricted. I alternated weight lifting with cardio and plain old walking. But the 2 biggest things i changed were mental and they were consistency and patience. I kept doing it even when i didnt see anything happening and that was rough. And on the days when i didnt get it right. I had patience with my self and got back up right away And kept going. Consistency, patience, calorie deficit and kindness to your self. Thank you very much. It does help. I am usually in a rush to see results, amd then when I don't, it kills the motivation. I have started eating a lot more whole foods, and trying to get myself into the calorie deficit as well. I think my main problem is, I don't have a plan. I usually do, but being in a tech field, the distractions are there and the sitting is currently a lot. I will be trying to get out there more for simple walks. Again, thank you for the great information.
