hello my lovlies
i am up early today, saw the sun rise, did a bit of grateful standing
medication, watched a bit of utube while I had breakfast.
i would like to say thank you to the folk who have followed me and helpful words.
i really love them.
well I feel like I need some more sleep but I will stay up as my carer is
taking me shopping and I am going to pick up parcels that i have purchased
for my craft. make books and decorate them. trying to get my right arm and hand
working. its a slow job...
well, I am going to have a shower and get ready for my outing!
