Congratulations 🎊, how many calories were you following? Any help would be so appreciated
I'm looking at high protein lower carbs.
So needing to drop weight get away from pre diabetic. Kidneys aren't doing the best either.

@dibs66 that’s great. It was the driving force behind my changes I didn’t want to be unhealthy and damage my body with being obese. I haven’t really followed any particular diet, but I am vegetarian. I just made a conscious decision to count calories and went with 1200 calories a day for weight loss. I felt that my weight had reached a dangerous point and I needed to treat it as a emergency.
I went from 150kg to 90 kg and that’s where the weight loss slowed down and also when I began to feel like I could be more active (and see my feet lol) I am now on day 118 ? Of a exercise program. I was too fat to work out at the beginning it was hard to do anything. I started out very slowly 5000 steps a day and now I am up to 12000 steps a day . That got me down to about 80kg and now I’m walking and doing some ab work outs to try and deal with the stubborn weight there and the loose skin. So now at 75 when I hit my next goal I will increase my calories a little to 1500 and maintain the exercise and take a slower path to my next goal.
Anyone can do it, just remember it’s the amount you consume and focus on getting your life back. I think how good you begin to feel is all the reward and motivation you need. Good luck to you I wish you success
