BMR = 655 + (4.354 x 150) + (4.569 x 66) + (4.7 x 28) BMR = 655 + 653.1 + 301.6 + 131.6 BMR = 1741 kCals per day
You can calculate your RDI with this as your weight changes significantly.
FS said my RDI is 2400 calories but since I have lost 7 lbs it should be changed.
By using the formula above my RDI/BMR should be 2169 now
