So I am relatively new to this site. I liked the fact that you can see the progress that other people are making, and people can see yours. It makes me feel accountable to someone. Now that I am listing all these little snacks I like to eat, I can see why I am not losing as much weight as I would like. Hopefully I can get some of it off!
I am getting kind of down b/c I feel like I kill myself in the gym but then when I get on the scale it has not moved an inch. I mean, what more can I do? I know my eating is not the best, but food just tastes so good!
