I like how my eating plan does not feel like a diet and I am happy with 1lb to 2lb weight loss per month. I started my diet September 2019 weight 191lbs and have been losing weight steadily sometimes maintaining for a while but then losing again. I am at 160lbs now and have no time limit to when I will reach my goal of 147lbs but I will do it. My end goal is to eat healthy and maintain my goal weight. Good luck to everyone on your journey

I agree. Congrats on your very sensible regime. I am going to take quite a while to lose my 7 or 8 kilos. I am not very mobile due to an accident, so calorie counting is the only way for me. It is more about learning the calorific value of foods, and choosing alternatives as necessary.
