Outdoor or on the treadmill?
I just started jogging on and off during my hour sessions and only been able to reach about 6,5kms at the moment. You’re my inspiration!!

Hey... I walk outdoor dear. It really hard. Sometimes I feel like my feet are about to explode. But once I'm done in the day I feel really good.
Some days are not as good. But I really just want an average of 10000 and above a week.
This week my weight loss journey has been really bad. But I'm gonna push myself this week. Stress got rhe best of me.
