The first time around (2012), the last 8 pounds took me about 2-1/2 months to drop. That sounds like a long time, but it was still between 1/2- to 1-pound a week...not too shabby at the end of a long journey. This time, I 'm hoping for a slightly faster pace, but only time will tell. So far, I'm on track for the path I've set out for myself. I WILL reclaim my goal weight!

I fully understand the frustration - but when you look at your graph you can't help but admire that that nice gentle downhill slope. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Buffy and Draglist. Of course right after that entry I hit a dreaded slowdown, but I know exactly why...too many nuts!
