I’m back to the basics and ditching the carbs. Last year I was able to maintain Keto for 6+ months. The stress over the last 5 months meant not keeping track of what I was eating and struggling to get in any type of exercise. I have a new fitness tracker and on week 1 of back to Keto. I’m hoping this time when I switch back to a more normal diet, that I slowly add back in the carbs, but develop healthy and sustainable exercise in my daily routine. I need to do what’s best for my body and my health. I’m glad I’m not back where I was in 2020 at nearly 191 lbs.
