Been trying to slow weight loss, healthily. want this weightloss to stick so need to give my body a chance to catch up. Total weightloss has been somewhat successful except in the snacking department - I tend to have a dessert every now and then but this has helped me slow my current weight loss trend. Things internally seem to be doing a lot better and i have had no big fluctuations in my weight regardless of what or how i eat, so safe to move on to my next phase; goal weight of 220. This has been a long dream of mine and never thought it would be with in my reach but here it is. Soon I will enter into the 230's, and I should reach 220 in no time.

When they say nothing tastes as good as losing weigh feels, they are right (well the weight loss part sucks sometimes especially at the beginning but that all passes) And i really felt that this weekend, when I purchased some new clothes for myself. I purchases clothes that fit me well, no baggy clothes or lose fitting pants cause the waist was so large that they assumed i had the legs to match. It felt good to wear clothes that fit my body and looked nice on me, it was a good feeling. I even gave away my fat clothes and have vowed not to get that big again. Kinda like a rebate you been looking forward that finally arrives.


Anyhow just wanted to record my weight and a few thoughts. Hope everyone finds success in what they are doing and remember no matter how far your goal is, you will never reach it if you don't move forward.
