After coffee weight, happy it's not Monday. Busy weekend. I don't know that I ever really sat still, and there is no issue with that whatsoever. Kinda sore, definitely stiff. Blob down, muscle up, workout consisted of moving constantly, including tackling the old yard couch with a sawzall and chainsaw so I can rework the area into something more inviting, moving a lot of stuff, etc.. I'm also considering relocating the grilling area down there; this would be much easier to realize if I had two moving dudes at my beck and call to move stuff around until I can see what I want.
Medium walk last night, people were a little nuts so we avoided crowds and only hit 2.54 miles, but spent the day weeding, hauling, moving, sweating a lot. It was fun though. As much as I like to build things, I like to demo, too.
Hitting save, too busy to do more. Happy not a Monday.
