Squat in a safety rack or not ? I hold on for at least 3" to the atg position and i was never confident enough to squat without whatever safety pins.

Tassos67, I have a squat rack with safeties. I have them set to the lowest they'll go. I squat pretty much atg. In powerlifting you have to be below parallel for the lift to count.
