What a wonderful weekend :)

Although we didn't do anything special it turned out to be a really lovely 2 days. Saturday we had a 'lie' in til 7am and I got ready in slow time. Nice change as I have to rush around a bit to get everything ready during the week. I pottered round the house most of the morning and at some point I noticed that all the dogs were fast asleep. Dashed upstairs, got changed and did the 30day shred Level 2 and then a leisurely shower. Lunch was my take on a fry-up. Lots of veegies stir fried with 2 slices of bacon on a bed of rocket. In the evening we went to the carninal. We left Ash in the Landrover as she was sleeping. Such a content little pooch :), When she woke up she was centre of attention as usual. If I had charged £1 for every person who petted her we would have made a lot of money for the village! It was a good evening. Good to catch up with a lot of people. This year we opted to eat before we went as their BBQ was never very good. Guess what - they got wise and actually had lots of salads. Ah well there is always next year. We had to leave before the fireworks to make sure the little one wouldn't get scared. Good enough excuse for me :)

And Sunday was just as nice. Even got my car washed and hoovered out.
A BBQ for LB and I finished a perfect day!
