NASTY, NASTY, NASTY INJECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh how my little Ash cried, not during the injection, but after!
But now after a good night sleep, she is my happy energetic pup again :)
It is really lovely and warm today so I am not sure if I manage to squeeze a workout in this afternoon. Tonight is filled with puppy class and weekly shop and tomorrow I get my hair cut. Can I please have a few more hours in every day? 2 or 3 would be ok!
Breakfast consisted of raspberries, banana and dates, with a few grapes, a nectarine and an apple thrown in mid morning. I might have overestimated on my food diary as I have eaten less then half the bag of grapes and I am stuffed.
Still on page 39 of the book about 80/10/10 diet(lifestyle). Most of it makes total sense but I shall keep an open mind and will see how much it is possible to incorporate it into my life.
