Happy Hump Day (again :)

Things are settling down. I am starting to get back into a routine.

I did my 30 day shred dvd (only level 1) on Saturday. And strangly I only started aching from it on Monday. As Tom arrived unanounced on that day and the weather was just to good, I opted to make some long overdue phonecalls to my mum and sister.

Yesterday afternoon( LB was out and Ash asleep) I dug out my Kettlebells, wrote down 10 diffrent exercises and set the timer for 20 minutes. I did manage 400 reps in that time with a puppy watching me :) She woke up as soon as I started and I only had to mop up 1 weewee. Such a good little thing.

Food is not really an issue at the moment. As long as I get my ripe fresh fruit first thing I am set up for the day. More fruit during the morning and then a salad with chicken/fish/porkchop for lunch. Dinner is a sandwich with hummus, basil and tomato. So yum. I might struggle tomorrow morning as the fruit bowl is nearly empty. I hope I still got some fruit stashed in the freezer as I won't be able to shop til Thursday. Shame they don't do more markets in my area.

Ash will get her injections tomorrow. Hope she won't be too upset.

For now I better get back to work!!!!!

Back on your comment about letting your dog out. LOL. I've backed up my workout by 15 minutes for tomorrow. I tend to get more time to get some morning housework in. Still looking forward to the energy after working out...LOL.
