Finally had a chance to get in and explorer my Fatsecret. Still using SF but changed to Mega-T instead of Hydroxicut about a month ago. I use mostly SF recipes but change it up sometimes with other sources (IE. Allrecipes.com, Sparkpeople.com, food.com. I still follow the 100 cal snacks, the 200 cal breakfast and lunch and the 500 cal dinner but I will switch them up with other products of the same calorie count, for example I will substitute 2 hard boiled eggs and half a small whole wheat English muffin for a meal bar or shake or a snack bar for some other brand desert (My favorite is Skinny Cow). I think the beggest help to my sucsess has been the calorie counter app on my blackberry.
