Day two, So far all is well. I woke up this morning with a little headache. I think it was just cause I didn't sleep well. Made myself breakfast and the kids wanted to eat my "oops all berries" I bought before I started this diet. For a moment I was like "ooooo..." but then I snapped out of it. LOL. The one thing I'm having a problem with is my coffee. I'm so use to drinking 5-6 cups a day with the foo-foo creamer. So of course the 2 tbsps of cream and one splenda packet just isn't cutting it man. LOL
Patience right? Patience.

Sounds like your headaches could be from caffeine withdrawal since you drink that much coffee before. I'd take a pill (Ibuprofen or whatever you use for headaches), and then take a preventative one later today or this evening. I get migraines when I try to quit caffeine, so I actually had to take 2 migraine pills (you know - the ones that cost $350 for 8 of them!). Mine wasn't too bad and I'm pretty much over it, but they can last several days while your body adjusts and you get over the caffeine addiction. It's perfectly normal. :)
