I just don't understand why my clothes are fitting better and I keep going down in pant size yet the scale doesn't move!! How is that possible??

My problem as well, stubborn mid section will take a little longer, the easy areas have been dropped, now, its the more difficult aspect of dieting...thats my experience... What i did, was lower my caloric daily intake by 10-15%, and did thatbfor two weks, and i started dropping again

maybe you are losing fat and toning while gaining muscle.. just a thought.. I've done that before as well, and while I didnt necessarily mind my clothes fitting better I would also prefer for the # on the scale to move since I'm trying to get to a certain # to join the coast guard :)
