I'm finally back in action. I have been out and off of my diet for about a week now. We moved into a new apartment and now have everything straight and hooked up. I did fall off my die but who can stay on one when they are going through the stress and agrevation of moving? I managed to sort of maintain weight but only went up one pound. I ate good today. Well untilright now that is. I have not had any water all day so i ate about a TBS of it and drank a huge cup of water. It didnt put me with to many carbs.
