Its getting harder and harder for me. I honestly cried the other day because people at work were eating pizza from my favorite pizza shop! I didnt have any, i ate my low fat ham and cheese on wheat and 100 cal. pack of cheetos and water. then i went home, weighed myself the next morning and i had gained two pounds??? From what? looking at the pizza??? who knows, but it was very frusrating! I stopped at a fast food rest. and got me a salad and my husband had a burger and fries..it sucks having to look at that while he eats it and i eat my pile of lettuce! i am going down in weight and people are starting to notice so that is the only thing keeping me going. I have and alcoholic step dad (soon to be ex-step dad) and i never understood why if he knew that the beer was tearing apart the family why he didnt just quit. now i see, if giving up the beer is as hard as giving up the food, i know why he couldnt do it. you have to be damn strong to give up someting you love and something that has always been a crutch for you. just like his beer, food has always been there for me and made me feel good. just like beer, its ruining his life and food is ruining mine...just some thoughts for the day i guess.

Don't stress...it sucks when everyone else seems to have it easy and you don't. But you are making progress! Look at the graph! That's AWESOME! Keep doing what you're doing and if the people around you make you frustrated and sad, always remember that this is for you and you are totally worth it! Keep up the good work!

Cheeto's are full of sodium. Anything processed can make you gain. Even the ham is filled with sodium. Drink some extra water. You also could have had one slice of the pizza (unless it's a redlight food for you) to satisfy your cravings. It's not the slice of pizza that makes us fat, but eating too many slices.

I agree with Suzi...cut a slice in half even and eat it, taste it, walk away. You'll feel good that you had your fav, PROUD that you were in control. Cake was in the kitchen at work the other day and I politely declined and was "applauded" for my show of self-control. Then I spend the REST of the day on an eating frenzy of this and that, nothing would satisfy whatever I was looking for. Should have just had a taste of cake and been done with it. Sometimes it is better not to totally deprive, provided you can maintain control. :-) Feel good about yourself that you ARE here and you ARE changing your life.
