Well Day 2 today - have had a tremendous headache all afternoon yesterday and a bit today. Doesn't help that I have a BIG exam tomorrow morning but have made a chicken broth to build me up and replace all those things I am losing!
Will chat more after my exam as I am cramming it all in today and then I am free for a week or so to concentrate on myself ... Glad to be back - am humbly saying hello!
