O Man am I so happy I started againt Just need the support its not that bad right mind set and have your food ready for the day and you should be fine if I really crave sweet thing I have a canderal chocolate or i have coffee with sweetners in and it take the craving away. If I feel like take out I have KFC Chicken. This is a life style change. I weigh my self every day I know its just numbers but my peace of mind I feel way better when I see the nimbers drop, more energy man I feel good. 2 weeks ago I felt so so drained and weak couldent get up dident want to get up now i want to get up I want to see my numbers on my scale all I can say to sum this up im happy
