Yesterday I splurged. After strictly following Phase 1 for 9 days, I celebrated and had oil-popped pop corn and a small piece of cheese. And I don't feel guilty, not one bit! Today I am 100% back on track and ready to go on Phase 2. Even with the treat I still lost calories overall yesterday. Today I will need to go grocery shopping - practically all I have are vegetables at home! I can't wait to eat (a small portion of) meat!
