Just left a chinese buffet and boy am I miserable. I did the mongolian grill so I could control what was in my food. I don't think I did too bad. Think maybe it just hit me wrong or maybe by body is trying to tell me something.....like don't eat at a buffet the same day you were too lazy to work out :(
