Ok i have not done the jpurnal in a few days. I have been good. I switched back to Atkins last week but just started today. Its going to be hard coming off carbs this week. I will have some up and down days because we are very busymoving and working and i will be stressed. But with God and prayers on my side i hope to break out of this rough point in life and dieting i am having right now. Hope everyone and all my buddies are doing well!

It's hard coming off carbs at first - but in the end I find it easier to refuse them after the initial come down. Good luck and keep trying;D

I wish you success with going back to atkins. I want to go back also but I dont think I have the willpower I had when I started in January. Let me know if you have any tricks to make it easier during the transition. But, I guess there is nothing to it but to do it! But more importantly: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philipians 4:13.
