TW for disordered eating habits ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Don’t read if you struggle with an ED/disordered eating ⚠️⚠️⚠️ If I’d get to 55 kg i would have lost over 20 in half a year. My weight always fluctuates a lot tho, i weighed around 76-78 kg when I was at my highest and I am currently at my lowest since 2019. I’ve dealt with disordered eating on both ends of the spectrum (heavy binge eating in 2019, excessive training + lots of unhealthy food in 2020, very restrictive/anorexia in 2021) and lockdown didn’t really help sooo yeah currently trying to find a healthier way to deal with eating, advice is very welcome.
