So today I did a personal reset to focus on getting to my goal. I have been hovering 204 to 208 for way to long by simply not going at this with the same enthusiasm as in the beginning. I know what and how to get there and I will now go get it as hard as I can. I find it mind boggling why even if I see results my old me wants back in and my mouth is more than happy to oblige.
