I do not even know what my weight is anymore. But definitely above the 84 I last weighed at. I have given up on weighing until a point I will be confident I have lost. Currently, I am weight lifting, which I saw caused me to gain a few centimetres. The only consolation was that I can see my belly flap disappearing. I have no more pants as my thighs just don't fit in them. But overall I am happy with where I am in life, in general. I am still scientifically obese but not at the 107kg I started. Last week I walked 10k everyday just to challenge myself. I have fewer health problems and enjoy the new lifestyle I learnt while actively trying to lose weight. I fight depression through my skipping rope, not food anymore.!
