Well, finally a little progress on the scale today. I've been trying to get back in the right mindset. Making better choices, forgiving myself when I don't do as well as I know I could and anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new exercise bike!!! I can't wait! Hopefully then I'll see some more downward momentum in the weight department that will help reinforce my food choice and bring things back into alignment....This is such a process!
In the meantime therapy continues. Friday I could barely walk at the end of it...but with enough ice and ibuprofen I managed. I am so impatient with my progress, but the bike should really help...so come on bike!
