It has been tough. I really want to make this work. Every morning I am all geared up for a good day, then by the end of the day I have eaten too much. Just cannot seem to get past the evenings after eight or nine , I settle in the chair and all I think about is what I can get quick to eat. I am obcessed with food. I have to be really busy to not be thinking about food. Even then if there is something nearby it is in my mouth. The sweets cravings are the worst. Someone please help!!! deb
