Have not had a chance to go to the gym except one time this week. volunteered at Kingston nursing home, transporting the residents to a couple of different destinations. Have done a lot of walking and loading and unloading wheel chairs. Had a meeting Tuesday, so no time to go to the gym. Plan on going to the gym tomorrow.
