I had a rough weekend with my dieting didnt do very well! will be back on track as of today! My will power is too weak!!!

Just the fact that you were honest with yourself about messing up on your diet and starting back on it instead of giving up completely...means your will power is much stronger than your giving yourself credit for. Keep up the good work :)
