I f****d up, y'all. I was going really well, then I went too hard, injured myself, decided to take a break and lost all my progress. I got super depressed and started shoveling everything into my face that wasn't nailed down so I'm back to pre-pandemic numbers (plus about 5 lbs) and I want to jump off a bridge.

Anyways, here we go again! I'm down 5 lbs since last month, which is a normal rate of weight loss for me when I'm on a deficit. I'm doing IF now. My feeding window is 2-7 pm. I sound like a zoo animal talking about 'eating windows.' Think I might need therapy or some kind of psychological help for this constant yo-yoing? Let me know your thoughts lol.

This round, I'm focusing more on calisthenics and plyometrics, which gave me really good results in the past. The goal is functional fitness with a focus on being able to easily and efficiently push and pull my own bodyweight and increase cardiovascular conditioning.

Bravo. I am doing Intermittent Fasting also, eating window usually 3 - 9pm. Some days I get the balance right, others like today, I will be under RDI. It's a challenge.

Don't beat yourself up about cheat meals. I was in the same state of mind but reminded myself that nothing is done overnight. Hard work, determination is what it takes. Pick yourself up. Chin up! Start your morning with 4egg whites and black coffee. Might need to cut down on fats and carbs all together and focus on protein and greens. You got this😎

I don't fast, anymore, like when I was younger. I only fast, now, while I sleep, at night. I break the fast, w/breakfast. I do CICO and it has always been the best for me and to me. Good luck and may you follow God in whatever you do. =)

Life happens. Let this be a learning experience. I was doing just fine and the pandemic hit. No motivation to workout at home then my work clothes didn’t fit since working from home outfits were not work outfits. I had to do something but mentally, I just could not bring myself to care. It seemed so trivial with everything going on. Anyway I’m sure I need therapy, too. I’m slowly making my way back with counting calories and my workouts are so much better. I started about a month and a half ago and felt terrible! But now, I think I’m so much less winded. It’s still a workout but so much better. You got this! WE GOT THIS!!

WOOOWWWWW. Guys, I didn't expect such a FLOOD of support. Thank you all so much for your kind words and encouragement. I haven't had a chance to read and respond to all these comments but I will in the coming days. This really encourages me though, for real. It's been super tough just feeling myself get heavier and heavier week after week. Conversely, it's going to feel amazing getting fitter and leaner week after week as well. Thanks to every single one of you for making this guy's day.
