I weighed in this morning...I am very pleased with the result. Today however has been a stressful day. I am trying to keep things in perspective however, and not allow my old self to take over. I am an emotional eater and a food addict!! It was extremely difficult not to slip back into old habits, the beloved go to foods were so willing to take their places in my hands. But I refrained, I won that small victory today. I pray to my Father in heaven that tomorrow I do not succumb to those voices and grab the comfort of my past.

I come on here and I see others posts, and I pray for people. I pray that some of you do the same for me. We all are after the same thing basically. To gain a better lifestyle, better health. Looking better is not the reason I do this, but it is a by product. And I would be lying if I said that I didn't like the way I am looking.
