I work out 4 to 5 days at a gym. I lift weights and I also do the treadmill 5 to 10 minutes 3 days a week. When the weather is nice I am an avid walker outdoors. I count calories,and after all of that, I do my normal housework duties. I am very discouraged, because, it seems no matter how hard, I try, I am not getting anywhere. I am getting stronger, and more toned, but not much weight comes off. Any suggestions anyone may have would be appreciated. LoreJae

Hello, Thank you for your reply.I do keep a food journal, and drink lots of water, I am a vegetable and fruit person, not much for red meat, but fish and chicken and seafood,(Baked). I don't eat sweets, never have been into that, very little if at all. So Am trying to figure out, what amount of calories, I need. I have lost 3 lbs though. Again thank you LoreJae
