2 egg whites 1 whole large egg 2 slices whole grain toast 2 tsp of natural peanut butter 1 cup of coffee with no sugar and skim milk
I felt full and felt that I ate right. I feel that I am starting out on the right foot today. I just need to excercise today. That will make me feel like I am going forward.
NO SUGAR FOR 7 DAY Challenge So far so good. I like the challenge. I hope I will be successful. If I can go without sugar I can probably lose weight by the end of the week.
