I kinda gave myself a day off yesterday! I do thik its important to let yourself indulge now and again keeps you on track, but I still cant help feeling guilty, everything i ate yesterday is on my food diary i still didnt exceed my calorie allowance still cant help worrying that it will effect my weight loss!
