I did absolutely horrible today. I just couldn't get off the couch to do a single thing. Except for when my BF came home and suggested we go out to eat. Wouldn't you know it, thats what finally got me off the couch. I tried to stay strong when looking thru the menu but the fact that I was starving and that there were so many tantalizing smells wafting thru the air, it pretty much spelled disaster. I'm almost positive I ate enough to feed a family of four. While I do feel guilty, especially since i didnt have the best of days yesterday, well tomorrow is Monday. As most people are probably familiar with the whole "I'll start my diet Monday" thinking, so am I. I plan on starting fresh tomorrow and not thinking back to this horrible calorie filled binge. (Except when setting the timer on the eleptical...pretty sure I should add a few more minutes)

The main thing is that you get right back on track tommorrow. We are gonna have those bad days. I'm sure you not alone today too, Superbowl, Pizza, Wings, & Drinks. Just do a little extra for make up this week. Good Luck!
