Another beginning to a new week. This weekend was not quite as bad food wise. Which I must say is a good thing. I have also been diligent about wearing my pedometer also. Tomorrow I will be adding it all up to see what my grand total for a week was and then try to do an average. So I'm still working on my food for work, plus increasing my fluid intake. I have also restarted my vitamins which I hope will give me a little extra energy when needed. Well that's all I'm grateful for: My family My friends and buddies on here! My job that has given me back what I needed most structure! Ability to see a new day come in and know that anything is possible The essentials of life ( shelter, food etc) My blackberry and new data plan that allows me to access this site!
