I feel like I had an okay day. I bought a chicken salad croissant from my favorite caterer and ate half of it. I am waiting on her to email me the nutritional information so that I can enter it in my diet calendar. I have about 700 calories to spare from today, so I am pretty confident that I will stay under my RDI. The chicken salad is worth it. It's the BEST I have ever put in my mouth. I need to go to Walmart to get hand weights for my workout videos.....and a medicine ball. I should probably just start using my Shake Weight, which I have had for almost a year and hardly ever use.
