22 April,2021 Very boring being off work but thankful we can pool our resources in the household and have enough to eat. Having access to healthy fresh food is very helpful to good health management.
Still 143, waist 31. Staying with no breads or other simple carbs, no eating after 4 p.m. Counting calories. Trying for 900 calories. Helping family lose weight as well. Eating very light supper cuts down indigestion at night. Not buying pastries for family. That helps too.
Commercial processing doesn't just add preservatives, inevitably it adds deformed fats, salt & sugar, the triumvirate of addictive junk food. It is commercially wise to addict consumers but very bad for national health.

My new goal is 138. At 5 foot, 3 inches and nearly 8 decades old, I will have met the current BMI concept of no longer overweight.
it will keep me at size 10. It's expensive changing clothing sizes.
