Yesterday I felt pretty blah. I'll spare some of the details, but I was feeling lousy, and on top of that, I started getting cramps in my feet! So painful, and so annoying! I figured I must be dehydrated, so I started chugging whatever liquids I could. Even water! I hate unadulterated water, unless I'm thirsty, and I wasn't particularly.
I had already decided to go easy on the protein, but with the way I felt, I tossed the macro counting out the window. Fat was half what it should be, carbs way over, and protein actually wasn't too bad. I didn't care, I just wanted the cramps to stop, and needed sleep. End result was a good deficit, I felt better this morning, and I lost a little weight. Weight loss is okay - feeling better is great!
