It feels good to lose again. I am strong and can do this. It is very tempting at times to eat all of the wrong stuff, but with time, it gets easier.

Thank you for the words of encouragement. I appreciate it. I also look forward to it. I have been attending the WW meeting regularly. It is good to be around people who understand what I am going through. It is good to see that they encounter the same funny situations.
