Realized my biggest issue with keto was not enough sodium. Since getting that up I feel so much better. Also focusing on potassium and magnesium. After about 12 days very strict keto had my first cheat carb meal last night at a movie. Feel great this morning and will stay keto for 95% of my meals but every once in awhile will eat some carbs as a cheat. I like that I’m fat adapted now and this app and community has helped a lot in these couple weeks :)
